Provide health, safety, and environmental guidance to site teams on projects up to $50m.Utilise Hammertech software to manage site inductions, permits,
and inspections.Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to ensure national compliance.Lead incident investigations and coordinate effective return-to-work programmes.Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings to maintain a proactive safety culture.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as an HSE Advisor within the commercial or civil construction sectors.Proficiency in using Hammertech or similar digital safety management platforms.Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety (Cert IV or higher).Strong understanding of current WA WHS legislation and national safety standards.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence subcontractors and site staff.
