Such roles include Master Technician, Road tester and Quality Control, Workshop Controller, Warranty Clerk, Service Advising, Parts interpreter, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager and the list continues.

You will need to be motivated with a solid work ethic as success will only be achieved if you are prepared to put the effort in. A passion for motor vehicles is the starting point on the road to success.

It is essential that you have a driver's licence (or at least learning to drive) and a right to work in this country.

Your Role:

- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles from multiple brands

- Diagnose and efficiently repair technical issues

- Identify additional repair needs during servicing

- Conduct road tests to ensure quality and safety standards

- Complete all work to high standards within designated timeframes

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

What You Bring:

- Valid driver’s license and MVRIC certification

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

- Reliable, with a strong work ethic

- Genuine passion for the automotive industry and pride in your workmanship

- Current work rights in Australia
