About the Role

As an Installation Consultant / Implementation Specialist, you'll work alongside dealerships throughout Australia, delivering successful Dealer Management System implementations from planning through to go-live.

You'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers configure systems, understand dealership workflows, train staff and ensure every implementation is a success.

No two weeks are the same. You'll enjoy a balance of customer interaction, travel, problem-solving and working from home between projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Dealer Management System implementations at customer sites.

- Configure systems to meet dealership operational requirements.

- Train dealership staff across multiple departments.





- Guide customers through implementation and go-live activities.

- Provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

- Work closely with internal implementation and support teams.

- Build strong long-term customer relationships.

- Travel throughout Australia with occasional international travel.

About You

This role is ideally suited to someone who understands how dealerships operate from an administration or accounting perspective.

You may currently be working as a:

- Dealership Accountant

- Assistant Accountant

- Administration Manager

- Office Manager

- Assistant Financial Controller

- Financial Controller looking for a lifestyle change

- Experienced dealership administrator

You'll also bring:

- Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial processes.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence delivering training and working with customers.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- A willingness to travel regularly.

- A positive, professional attitude.
