SCHOOL BUS DRIVER – SET SCHOOL RUN

Bus depot located in South Guildford

$48 per hour

School term only | 4 hours per day

Morning Run:

7:00am – 9:00am

Afternoon Run:

2:00pm – 4:00pm

We are a small family-owned business looking for a reliable and safety-focused School Bus Driver to join our friendly team, commencing at the start of Term 4 (12 October 2026).

You’ll be driving a modern 25-seat Mitsubishi Rosa school bus, transporting the same group of students to and from school each day. A dedicated Bus Aide travels with you on every run to supervise the children, allowing you to focus on driving safely.

Requirements:

- Current HR Driver’s Licence

- Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authorisation or ability to obtain it.

- Working With Children Check or ability to obtain it.





- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID009/10/11) or ability to obtain it.

- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

- Positive communication skills and able to work well within a team

- Bus driving experience preferred, but not essential

Responsibilities

- Safely transport students to and from school

- Follow all road rules and company safety procedures

- Maintain a clean and tidy bus

- Provide a calm, friendly and professional experience for students

This position would suit a semi-retired driver, or someone looking for regular casual work with consistent school-run hours.
