Adelaide | Hybrid | PermanentOur client's are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant with strong TechnologyOne Property & Rating expertise to join their team.In this client-facing consulting role, you'll work closely with councils to implement, configure and optimise TechnologyOne Property & Rating solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and positive customer outcomes. Candidates with all different job history backgrounds are welcomed as long as they have strong use and exposure to the Property & Rating module.
About the Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role throughout the project life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing and post-implementation support. You'll collaborate with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with best practice and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure TechnologyOne Property & Rating solutionsGather business requirements and provide best practice guidance to clientsConfigure Property & Rating modules to meet customer and legislative requirementsPerform system testing, quality assurance and validation activitiesSupport customers through implementation, go-live and post-deploymentBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersMonitor project progress and communicate risks, issues and updatesContribute to successful delivery across multiple projects
About You
You'll be an experienced TechnologyOne consultant who enjoys working with customers and delivering quality outcomes.You'll bring:2+ years' experience implementing and supporting TechnologyOne Property & RatingExperience configuring TechnologyOne Property & Rating modulesCiAnywhere experience (highly regarded)Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExcellent communication and consulting skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple projectsExperience working with local government or council clients is highly desirable
