The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA) is Australia's independent expert regulator for health and safety, structural integrity, well integrity and environmental management for all offshore energy operations and greenhouse gas storage activities in Commonwealth waters and in coastal waters where regulatory powers and functions have been conferred.
NOPSEMA also administers the functions of the Offshore Infrastructure Regulator (OIR), for the offshore renewables industry. Role:
NOPSEMA is recruiting an experienced Change Manager – Digital Transformation to join in an exciting time of its Digital Transformation Program (DTP) implementation in Perth.
The Change Manager – Digital Transformation provides critical NOPSEMA-wide analysis, expertise and advice on change management and stakeholder engagement in the DT Program.
In this role, you will identify and manage change readiness, impacts, risks and issues, and design and deliver effective change interventions and activities, by influencing staff and stakeholders to contribute and by creating and supporting a collaborative and learning environment for change adaptation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
Establish and oversee a robust and agile change management and communication framework and associated change management principles, tools and methodologies.Build and develop the change management,
stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities and skills for the program.Work collaboratively with leaders, staff, and other key stakeholders to design and deliver effective change management activities, such as stakeholder analysis and engagement, impact assessment, risk identification, training and education.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and report on the progress and outcomes, using appropriate metrics and measures.
What are we looking for?
You bring demonstrated ability to achieve results while managing competing priorities, and to respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.You are outcome focused, you enjoy leading change and working collaboratively with colleagues.You understand Australian Government change management and communication policies and frameworks, and you can adapt and implement best practices from other industries.You are comfortable to communicate complex change management and communication concepts to a range of stakeholders, including Executive Management Team.You can demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to build productive professional networks and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes and to influence for success.You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
