PCM Group is an Industrial Services Provider specialising in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Marine sectors. We deliver protected, high-quality industrial maintenance solutions through Abrasive Blasting, UHP Water Jetting, and Protective Coating Services.
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Painter/Blasters to join our growing team on FIFO projects in the Pilbara region.
About the Role
As a Painter/Blaster, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality industrial maintenance services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Abrasive blasting and protective coating application
- Ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining a proactive commitment to safety
Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
- White Card
- Class C Driver's Licence
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the industrial coatings industry
- Ability to work safely in high-risk environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Desirable Qualifications
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
- Rio Inducted
- Certificate III in Surface Finishing
- NACE I or II
- Poly Urea Experience
- HR Driver's Licence
