About the role:Meertens Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
This is a flexible part-time role (approximately 8 hours per week), with the option to work one full day or two half days by mutual agreement.
You’ll play an important role in supporting our Director and team through a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, including office coordination, document and records management, practice administration and office support.
We’re looking for someone who:• Has previous office administration experience.• Is highly organised,



proactive and detail-oriented.• Has strong digital skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 & ability to learn new business systems.• Enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.• Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
