We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator at The Reef Hotel Casino, the pre-eminent centre for gaming, entertainment, food and accommodation in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and activities that drive visitation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

- Support brand management by ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing communications.

- Coordinate multi-channel advertising activity across digital, traditional, broadcast and in-venue platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned with Complex objectives.

- Report on campaign performance metrics across digital marketing platforms, providing insights and recommendations to optimise engagement, reach and campaign effectiveness.

- Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement activities that foster positive relationships, maximise brand exposure and increase patronage to the Complex.

- Assist in the delivery of the Complex’s marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, gaming regulations, brand standards, and internal policies.

Criteria

- Experience supporting marketing campaign delivery, within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, preferably within hospitality, tourism, entertainment or related industries.

- Proven ability to contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

- Sound understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and campaign analytics, with experience using digital marketing,



content management or customer engagement platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content and professional communications correspondence.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to marketing execution, tracking, administrative budgeting tasks, supplier coordination and internal communications.

- Flexible and resilient approach to changing priorities, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

License Requirement

This position requires a Casino Employee Licence. If you are not an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia and over the age of 18 years, your application will not be considered for this role. Appointment is contingent upon final license approval and individual security (probity) clearances from the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.
