About The Role

At Woven Image, part of CSR's Interior Systems portfolio, we're all about pushing boundaries in design, sustainability, and acoustic innovation. With a Major Capex investment in local manufacturing and ambitious growth targets ahead, now is the time to join us.

We're seeking a driven, polished, and design-passionate Account Manager to manage and grow our WA portfolio. You'll be the go-to for Architects and Designers, building deep relationships that lead to product specifications on commercial and government projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and deepen relationships with Architects, Designers,



and Specifiers to drive product specification and repeat businessProactively identify and win new business opportunities to grow market share across WADeliver compelling product presentations and engage decision-makers through consultative sellingStay across design trends, sustainability credentials, and technical product knowledge to support project specificationsManage a healthy pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion with effective handovers to delivery teamsPartner internally with marketing, logistics, customer service and project delivery to ensure a seamless customer experienceMonitor market insights, competitor activity and project lifecycles to maximise opportunities

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in architectural specification sales – experience in textiles, acoustic solutions, carpet, upholstery, fixtures or similar is highly regardedA strong network or ability to build relationships in the architecture and design spacePassion for design and sustainability – you speak the language of specifiers and bring products to lifeStrong presentation and influencing skills – polished, confident, and persuasiveSelf-starter with initiative, strong time management, and the ability to manage projects from specification to deliveryCRM-savvy and commercially sharp – able to forecast, track and drive results

Qualifications in architecture, design, business or related fields are excellent, but not essential.
