The Position:

This is a position for an individual who understands that partnerships are built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose and who has the ability to bring people together to create lasting impact.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to ):

- Developing and strengthening strategic partnerships that align with the organisation’s vision and priorities.
- Identifying, securing, and growing sustainable funding and revenue opportunities.
- Enhancing philanthropic engagement, community investment, and supporter networks.
- Exploring and delivering innovative growth initiatives and commercial opportunities that strengthen organisational sustainability.
- Building collaborative relationships across sectors to increase Helping Minds’ reach, influence, and impact within the community.

Through these activities, the Partnerships and Impact Lead will help drive long-term sustainability while ensuring Helping Minds continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and communities it serves.

About You:

You are a relational and strategic thinker who:

- Builds strong, authentic connections with ease
- Brings experience in partnerships,



fundraising, or business development
- Sees opportunity in a changing workplace and can translate ideas into action
- Works collaboratively and influences without relying on hierarchy
- Aligns strongly with values of hope, collaboration, trust, integrity and respect

Minimum qualifications:

- Current Drivers License
- Proof of Australian Working Rights
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or considerable experience in a related field

Additional Remuneration & Benefits:

- Salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 to increase your take-home pay
- 5 weeks annual leave p.a., increasing to 6 weeks after 3 years of service
- 2 extra wellness days p.a., increasing to 3 days after 3 years of service
- Generous Superannuation – 13%, increasing to 14% after 1 year of service
