We’re looking for an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is central to the smooth running of our practice - supporting our clinicians, coordinating patient care, and upholding the standard of professionalism our patients expect. Your role will involve the following:

Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and warm demeanor,



creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Register new patients, update existing patient information, and schedule appointments using our computerised system.

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.

Coordinate and manage patient flow, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Assist dermatologists and other staff members with administrative tasks as required.

Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.

Follow practice protocols and ensure compliance with privacy regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
