New Role We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for a 6-week contract on a busy high-rise construction project in the Central Gold Coast. Operating primarily 5-15 tonne excavators, you will play a key role in supporting site preparation, excavation works, and civil construction activities while working closely with site supervisors and ground crews.
Key Responsibilities Operate 5-15 tonne excavators safely and efficiently Carry out bulk and detailed excavation works
Assist with trenching, backfilling,
and site preparation Work alongside ground crews and other plant operators Complete daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
Adhere to all site safety requirements and procedures What You
Will Need to Succeed Excavator ticket
Construction White Card Minimum 12 months' experience operating excavators Experience working on civil, commercial, or high-rise construction projects
Solid awareness of site safety and excavation practices Reliable transport and a strong work ethic What
