Requirements:

Waitstaff:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a la carte service.

- Ability to carry 3 plates, perform tray drink service, and manage a 8-table section.

Bar Staff:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a barista or cocktail mixologist.

- Must be 18+ years of age.

All Positions:

- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

- Immaculate grooming and presentation.

- Full/Flexible roster availability over 7 days (Lunch & Dinner).

- Must already reside locally with no working restrictions in Australia (no relocation applicants).

- Must reside within the Gold Coast region.
