AMPT Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Driving Instructor/Assessor to join our team based in Mandurah, WA. This is a casual position where you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Providing professional and comprehensive driving instruction and assessment to clients
- Conducting theory and practical driving tests to assess clients' competence and skills
- Providing detailed feedback to clients on their performance and areas for improvement
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all training and assessment activities
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in driving instruction and assessment, such as a Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics, Certificate IV in Training and Assessing.
- Extensive experience as a driving instructor/assessor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
