THE ROLE

Join our team as a Franna Operator, bringing your civil construction experience, proven formwork capability, strong safety and teamwork standards to help deliver major infrastructure projects with accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Conducting pre-start inspections of the crane and lifting equipmentOperating the crane safely withing its rated capacity and load chartsCommunicating effectively with Doggers, riggers, spotters and Site Supervisors.Monitor Weather, ground conditions, Overhead power lines and any other hazardsPerforming routine maintenance checks and reporting defects immediatelyFollow workplace health and safety procedures, site rules and relevant regulationsCompleting required documentation such as pre-operational checklist, lift records and incident reportsSecuring the crane when not in use and ensuring equipment is stored safelyParticipating in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
