As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to become a key part of our Operations team.

About the Role

The Service Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the efficient delivery of RAM's operations. Acting as the administrative link between our customers, office team and field personnel, this role ensures jobs are accurately coordinated from initial request through to completion, enabling our operational teams to focus on delivering exceptional service.

- Manage client-specific administration, including customer portals, site access requirements, and job documentation.

- Coordinate material deliveries and collections to support efficient job delivery.

- Act as the front-of-house representative for the business, providing a professional first point of contact for customers, visitors, and suppliers.

- Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring administrative, front-of-house, and general office functions are delivered professionally and effectively.

About You

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High competency using Microsoft Office and business systems, with the confidence to quickly learn new software (ServiceM8 experience is advantageous but not essential).

- A professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner.

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team setting.

- A continuous improvement mindset with the initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at the required level. Eligibility to obtain this clearance is essential.
