Hourly rates ranging from $26.31- $35.68 + super + travel

We work in partnership with people and families who need individualised support services due to disability, ageing or mental ill-health.

Avivo are looking for Support Workers to enable customers to remain living in their own home and stay connected to the community. We have shifts on offer between Monday to Friday, 7am - 7pm, let us know your availability and we will try to accommodate! We will provide you with all the training required for this position, all you need is a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn!

Duties will include:

- Personal care for daily living activities
- Domestic assistance (Cleaning)
- A range of clinical care - including administering medication
- Manual tasks such as hoisting may be required
- Meal preparation
- Social support including assistance with trips in and around the community
- Regular communication and engagement with your local team
- Potential to support a customer with cerebral palsy if your availability and skills match.





On the job training and buddy shifts are provided to the successful candidates to develop competency across a broad range of skills!

You'll need:

- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to facilitate people to develop and sustain their own social connections and relationships
- Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude to help ensure our customers receive adaptable and individualised support
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed.
- Willingness to perform high care support, including bowel care.
