We are seeking hardworking and reliable HR/HC Truck Drivers with Bobcat experience, as well as Labourers, to join our growing team.

HR/HC Truck Driver / Bobcat Operator Responsibilities

- Drive HR/HC Non-Synchro Truck to transport machinery and materials.

- Operate Bobcat (Skid Steer) machinery safely and efficiently for construction site cleaning and preparation and material handling.

- Provide support and direction to Labourers when required.

- Complete daily pre-start checks and follow all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

Labourer Responsibilities

- Assist Operators with construction site cleaning, preparation, and general labouring duties.

- Follow instructions from Supervisors and Operators.

- Work confidently both independently and alongside other team members.





- Follow all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where required.

- Red/Construction White Card.

- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence

HR/HC Truck Driver / Bobcat Operator

- HR or HC Non-Synchro Driver's Licence.

- Experience driving HR/HC Non Synchro Truck

- Bobcat (Skid Steer) ticket.
