Position Overview
The Waitress will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth dining operations, and help create a friendly, positive atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate is energetic, well-presented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently
- Maintain table cleanliness and ensure dining areas are tidy
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Availability on weekends and evenings is an advantage
