The Product and Marketing Coordinator role will report through our National Account Manager and is the backbone to our Sales and Marketing Team. Whilst the role will involve traditional marketing functions, you’ll be heavily involved in coordinating the development and launch of new products in our range. It will have a strong emphasis on project management, ensuring that all product launches are executed to brief and on time.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Coordinate the development of new products, from concept to launch

- Source and develop new product concepts to complement our existing ranges

- Conduct market research online and in stores and provide recommendations to the Sales Team

- Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding the development of new product concepts, samples, pricing and production schedules





- Coordinate artwork requirements with external graphic designers

- Maintain our website, catalogues and product databases with a high level of accuracy

- Manage our internal marketing communications and social events

- Manage our social media platforms, including liaising with our Food Stylist for content

- Liaise with our suppliers and internal Technical Team to ensure products meet regulatory requirements

- Manage incoming and outgoing samples and maintain an organised sample library

- Ensure critical timelines for projects are set, monitored and adhered to

- Provide general admin assistance to our Sales and Marketing Team where required

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

- Proven experience in project management and managing multiple, complex projects at once. This is a role that requires exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills – this is FMCG, so we move fast!

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field preferred, but not essential

- High level computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems (experience with the Adobe Creative Suite would also be highly regarded)

- An energetic and passionate person who is self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines

- Excellent communication skills that enable successful business working relationships

- The ability to work autonomously, within a team environment

- Highly resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities

This is initially a full-time onsite role, based in Pakenham. However, there is the option to move to a hybrid working model once established.
