We are seeking an experienced and organised Sales Representative to deliver exceptional service to clients across Adelaide and the surrounding regions.

The Role

Drive sales and develop strong customer relationships by aligning our windows and doors solutions to client needs, growing market share and profitability!

Key Responsibilities

Achieve key KPIs aligned with the annual windows and doors sales budgetStrengthen brand presence in the residential windows and doors marketCollaborate with Branch Managers and Sales team to support sales targetsDeliver timely weekly and monthly sales reports to management.Provide professional, responsive service to meet project requirements and uphold the G. James brandFoster positive, professional relationships with customers and internal teams

About You

5+ years’ experience in a similar role is requiredProficient in business systems including MS Office,



with experience in Oracle and V6 quoting (preferred); able to generate and analyse reports to support functional requirementsCommunicates clearly and respectfully, tailoring messages to audiences and resolving conflict constructivelyDelivers high-quality, customer-focused service and actively follows up on feedback to drive improvementsCollaborates effectively across teams, leveraging strengths, resolving issues, and mentoring others to meet business goalsDemonstrates strong organisational awareness, maintains qualified standards, and supports a positive team culturePrevious experience within construction, hardware or glass is highly regarded
