This is a role for someone who likes variety in their day. One moment you'll be designing and building new features, the next you'll be reviewing code, troubleshooting production issues or working through solutions with stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing

Designing, building and enhancing software solutions that support Youi's customers and business operations. Working with product specialists, stakeholders and fellow engineers to understand problems,



evaluate options and design practical solutions. Writing, testing, reviewing and deploying code across technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Azure and related platforms. Participating in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, technical discussions and continuous improvement activities. Monitoring applications, investigating incidents and resolving production issues to minimise disruption for customers and teams. Maintaining deployment pipelines, improving automation and supporting secure, reliable software delivery.

What Great Looks Like

You consistently deliver quality code that is well tested, maintainable and aligned to agreed engineering standards. You work effectively with product specialists, engineers and business stakeholders, translating complex problems into practical solutions. You contribute confidently to design discussions and technical decisions while remaining open to feedback and different perspectives. You make sound decisions when priorities compete, balancing customer impact, business outcomes, delivery timelines and technical quality. Experience delivering software in Agile teams and working with modern full-stack technologies is preferred at commencement, while deeper platform, business and domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
