The Company:

The Role:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to track the progress and timely delivery of custom home projects
- Prepare procurement schedules, material take-offs, and purchasing requirements
- Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling issues before they impact construction progress
- Assist in streamlining and improving scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project milestones and scheduling updates
About You:
- Experience working for a residential builder preferable in WA but eastern states experience considered
- Experience across Modular, Single or Double storey homes
- Knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Personable and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine appreciation for family-oriented workplace
