Based in Alice Springs as the Candidate Management Specialist, you'll be the friendly face behind the scenes, guiding new employees from the moment they accept their offer through to their first day, ensuring they feel supported, informed and excited to join the team.

Responsibilities

- Guide candidates through every stage of the onboarding journey.
- Coordinate pre‑employment activities including medicals, background checks, security clearances and relocation.
- Keep candidates informed and supported with regular communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR and internal support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate orientation activities and prepare employees for a successful first day.




- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvements across the onboarding process.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A positive attitude, initiative and a passion for helping others.
