About You

You are an experienced Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. You enjoy mentoring others, sharing your knowledge, and creating a positive team culture.

You will bring:





- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Experience leading a room or mentoring educators
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and creating inclusive learning environments
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
