providing exceptional administrative support to financial planners with duties including (but not limited to):Providing a broad range of administrative support to a team of experienced financial advisers,ensuring effective communication between clients and the business,striving for high levels of client service and satisfaction,handling all the administrative aspects associated with the implementation of advice,preparation of client reports,responding to client queries and liaising with third parties in respect of clients’ accounts; andhandling miscellaneous requests from advisers and requests for assistance from other staff with grace and professionalism. The applicant we are seeking would possess the following:Experience working within a financial planning firm,strong administrative skills,Xplan, SMSF and trusts experience will be highly regarded,resilience and strong organisational skills to balance a high-volume workload and competing priorities,effective time management,high level numeracy,high attention to detail and accuracy,Microsoft Office Applications knowledge,motivation, ambition, and commitment to achieve team goals,excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and;a high level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence.
