Clear Smiles Orthodontics is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to become the friendly, confident face for our new patients, guiding them from first enquiry through to starting treatment.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll first spend time training with the clinic and reception team to understand our treatments and technology. You will confidently support patients through every step of their smile transformation journey.

- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 5:45 pm. Enjoy great work–life balance!
What You’ll Do
- Train with our orthodontist and clinical team to understand orthodontic treatments appliances, and patient flow
- Respond to current patient enquiries and create a WOW first impression
- Conduct engaging new patient consultations alongside our Orthodontist
- Present treatment options and discuss payment plans with clarity and confidence
- Act as the main point of contact for new patients starting their smile journey
- Follow up enquiries and nurture leads within our CRM system
- Help drive practice growth through exceptional service and communication
- Support marketing initiatives and engagement activities when required
- Assist reception when needed to support the wider team and patient experience
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Warm, empathetic, and confident when speaking with people
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally curious and eager to learn, you like to understand the “why” and “how”
- Comfortable discussing pricing, payment options, and treatment choices
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and digital workflows
- Experience in dental, healthcare, customer service, sales, or reception
(orthodontic experience is a bonus but not essential!)
