Experienced CNC Press Brake Programmer wanted for a leading Gold Coast manufacturer.
We're partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturer producing high-quality stainless steel products for the commercial sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Programmer to join their team.
This is not a machine operator role. We're looking for someone with proven experience programming, setting up and operating CNC press brakes who can work autonomously and consistently produce high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate CNC Press Brake machinery
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select tooling and perform machine changeovers
- Manufacture precision sheet metal components to tight tolerances
- Conduct quality checks and ensure a high standard of production
- Work independently and contribute to a productive workshop environment
About You
- Previous experience programming and setting up CNC Press Brakes
- Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel and sheet metal fabrication preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage workloads effectively
- Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
