ABOUT THIS ROLEWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable Depot Manager to lead our transport operations for the commercial and Mining waste collections out of Moranbah.

We're looking for a strong people leader to oversee a busy transport depot servicing predominantly mining and commercial customers. This is a fantastic chance for someone looking to step into a broader site leadership role while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day operation.
You'll bring urgency, confidence and a people-first mindset. You'll lead by example, support your team on the ground and drive a strong safety, compliance and customer service culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the operations team across a busy depot servicing mining and commercial customersThe ability to plan for growth, engage with the team and see it throughDeliver the overall operations strategy and drive ongoing improvement initiativesDrive a high-level safety,



compliance and customer service cultureSupport and motivate a team of approximately 20 employeesWork well with other leaders within the business including workshop, administration and corporate head officeEnsure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirementsRemain actively involved in the day-to-day operations and lead by example
