We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Stock Controller to take ownership of stock management in our large community pharmacy.

TerryWhite Chemmart Charnwood is an award-winning, innovative pharmacy open 96 hours a week and supported by a team of over 70 staff. Our owner-pharmacists, Bec and Samantha, work in the business every day, leading from the front and creating a culture where our team and patients genuinely come first.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced stock professional to step into a role where their skills are recognised, valued, and make a real difference.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will manage stock across our entire pharmacy while staying connected with our team and customers.

You will play a key role in ensuring our shelves are full, our systems are accurate, and our pharmacy continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will:

• Manage ordering across the pharmacy including dispensary, front-of-shop, and supplier-direct ranges

• Oversee invoices, credits, stock levels, pricing, and supplier relationships

• Maintain accurate stock systems including product information and database management

• Use reports to identify opportunities and improve stock performance

• Coordinate planograms, catalogue promotions, displays, ticketing, and new product launches





• Build strong relationships with suppliers and representatives, including coordinating product knowledge sessions for the team

• Support and guide team members with stock processes, merchandising standards, and stock presentation

• Manage stocktakes, expired stock processes, and inventory accuracy

• Be an active presence on the pharmacy floor, supporting customers, engaging with the team, and identifying opportunities for improvement

About You

We are searching for someone who already understands pharmacy stock and loves it.

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience in community pharmacy

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy stock control and ordering processes

• Experience with pharmacy stock systems (Fred Office highly regarded)

• Excellent attention to detail — you notice the little things others miss

• Strong computer skills and confidence interpreting reports

• Comfortable lifting, moving, and organising stock

• Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines

• A proactive approach — you don’t just find problems, you solve them

• Certificate II or higher in Community Pharmacy preferred
