A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Steeples in Mornington as Gaming Supervisor.
As a casual Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for the night operations of the Gaming Room. You will deliver the ultimate customer experience whilst ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Gaming Room. To be successful in this role, you must have previous Gaming and supervisor experience.
This is a nights-only position, worked across a rotating roster including weekends.
The role will also include bar, TAB & Keno duties, so a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to customer service are essential.
Role requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Gaming.
- A current Victorian Gaming License
- Current RSG and Modules
- A current RSA
- TAB Basics/Advanced including Compliance
- Keno Basics
- Your Play
- Previous experience in a similar venue-based role
- A reliable, mature and professional approach
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly manner
- Availability to work a rotating night roster, including weekends
