Your next Opportunity:

Due to expanding workload, a full-time position is available in Bakers Delight Warwick to join this growing business. We are currently experiencing high demand from customers and therefore we are searching for a passionate baker to join our team. Applicants ideally would have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, and must have ability to be able to communicate and coordinate with the team.

Your role will be responsible for:

· Managing daily stock order (including package orders) through phone and apply online order on a timely manner, arranging each collection of stock on time, managing monthly stocktake and reporting to bakery manager and director





· Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and bakery and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

· Managing daily bridge and freeze temperature checking and making sure the bakers and assistant bakers follow the checklist of the cleaning and baking processing

· Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients

· Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and bakery goods, preparing bakery fillings and toppings

· Monitoring oven temperatures and deciding baking times according to bakeries appearance

· Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, loaves and bakery products

· Glazing buns, loaves and bakery products, and decorating cakes with cream and icing according to customer requests

· Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits

· Managing the maintenance of all baking equipment and reporting to bakery manager and director quarterly, including but not limited to general cooking machines maintenance, emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking machines

· Assist bakery manager arrange roster by arranging roster for bakers with the most productive manner

· Reviewing production sheet and food cost and report to bakery manager and director monthly

· Providing delightful customer service as required

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant industry.

· Excellent knowledge and advanced practical skills in baking and patisserie.

· Meticulous attention to safety and hygiene.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
