We have several opportunities for Aged Care and Disability In Home Care Support Workers, offering casual employment in Frankston, Mornington, Hastings, Balnarring, Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Portsea, Sorrento and suburbs close to these areas.

If you have a Certificate III (or greater) in Aged Care and or Disability we have roles available, primarily for Aged Care clients seeking in home support however there is some Disability support work also included. If you are available from Monday to Friday between 6am-6pm, comfortable travelling between clients and interested in occasional weekend/sleep over shifts this may be the role for you! Our Field Team are supported by an Enterprise Agreement providing comprehensive employment conditions and competitive pay rates. Please note vehicle transport/travel with a client attracts additional rates however there is no travel payment between client homes. The majority of shifts on offer range from 1-2 hours but may be more depending on the client needs.

Our Support Workers provide 1:1 support to our clients across the Mornington Peninsula area working alongside our dedicated team of Nurses and other health care partners. This role provides our clients day to day support needs to reach their goals and gives our team members a real sense of purpose in helping others.

Whilst experience in the sector is preferred, on the job training is available to help you jump-start your career.



A Certificate III or IV in aged care or disability is desirable but not essential as we have plenty of shifts for non-qualified workers that include social support, domestic assistance and transport.

The successful applicants will have a commitment to excellence coupled with an ability to work independently - with the support of a remote office team. You must be philosophically aligned with our vision and values and be able to thrive through change.

Essential

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- NDIS Workers Orientation Module Certificate

- NHHI Infection Prevention & Control Certificate

- Willingness to work regular 1-2 hour shifts with possibility of longer should client choice allow

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates

- Smartphone with internet access

- Proof of Working Rights in Australia

- Excellent written and verbal skills (English)

- Competent in the use of different technologies (e.g Alayacare, Intranet, Xero Me)





- Excellent understanding of WHS requirements for Hazard and Incident logging and management

- Current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- Current National Police Check (not required if NDIS endorsed)

- Physical capability to assist with manual handling, domestic assistance and personal care tasks
