Responsibilities:
As a Cadet, you'll be involved in:

- Assisting the Contracts Administrator with all sub-contract letting
- Maintaining and managing project registers, including variations, EOT, and procurement registers
- Assisting in the preparation of subcontracts and associated documentation
- Processing invoices
- Taking and issuing meeting minutes
- Document control
- Working closely with the project team, including site personnel
- Undertaking weekly site visits
- Assisting with defect management
- Preparing monthly reports

What you'll bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field, or current studies in this discipline




- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well in a team and use initiative when working independently
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- A down-to-earth, professional, and personable approach to your work
