As an Associate Consultant, you will support the recruitment and workforce management process from candidate sourcing to placement, while learning and developing within a specialist recruitment field.

You will develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, candidates, and on-hire employees, and provide quality service by conducting your business activities with reliability, integrity, and a high level of professionalism. While experience is valuable, you’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

What does the role involve?

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

- Post job advertisements, initial screening of candidates and interview coordination.





- Maintain and update the recruitment database.

- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, candidates and our workforce.

What we’re looking for:

- Administration experience, ideally in recruitment or sales support.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Team player willing to take initiative to ensure our success.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
