Perth Festival is your summer invitation to otherworldly experiences, Australia's longest-running arts festival, celebrating over 70 years of world-class performance, music, film, and visual arts s on the shores of the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River). Grounded on Noongar Boodjar and founded by The University of Western Australia, we champion First Nations traditions, commission major new works and connect Perth's communities with the world's finest artists every summer.

Perth Festival is seeking a Digital Coordinator to support the delivery of digital marketing activity across one of Australia’s most iconic arts festivals.

About The Role

Working within the Marketing, Brand & Experience team, reporting to the Campaign Manager, you’ll help bring the Festival to life across email, social media and digital content channels during peak campaign periods.

You’ll provide key digital support to the Campaign Team during peak campaign delivery, coordinating and delivering on-brand digital content and communications across Perth Festival’s key channels.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys content creation, digital storytelling and fast-paced campaign delivery, with strong attention to detail and a focus on audience engagement.

What You'll Do

- Build, schedule and distribute email marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and quality assurance

- Manage day-to-day social media publishing,



scheduling content and supporting community engagement

- Create and adapt engaging digital content across social, email and campaign channels in line with brand guidelines

- Create engaging video content for use across digital channels, working with internal teams and external editors

- Liaise with artists, internal stakeholders and external partners to gather, coordinate and approve content

- Support photography and videography coordination for campaign and future use

- Maintain and manage digital asset libraries, ensuring content is correctly stored, labelled and version controlled

- Support content approvals, publishing workflows and campaign scheduling

- Assist with digital reporting, collating engagement data and supporting performance insights

Who You Are

- Digitally confident and a highly organised marketer who thrives in quick-paced, content-driven environments.

- Takes pride in delivering refined, engaging content.

- Highly creative with a polished eye for detail, bringing strong visual judgement and storytelling instinct to your work.

- 3+ years demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, or communications

- Experience working with social media platforms, publishing systems, and CRM platforms

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
