About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy AV Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the friendly and professional face of Vizcom Technologies, helping our clients get the most out of their AV systems while troubleshooting and resolving issues onsite and remotely.
This is a fantastic chance to work with cutting-edge collaborative systems and high-end clients, including some of WA's largest resource companies.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide AV technology support to corporate and resource sector clients
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across a range of AV systems
· Work closely with internal teams on documentation and system design
· Deliver end-user training and optimise system usage
· Collaborate with clients to find innovative solutions and improvements
About You
· Passion for technology and a willingness to learn
· Strong IT knowledge, especially with Windows-based systems
· Understanding of networks and Microsoft Teams/Server (desirable, not essential)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Confident problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Familiarity with AV collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Zoom
· Experience with Cisco, Crestron, or other AV control systems is a bonus (training provided)
· Minimum 3-5 years of AV support experience required
· Must possess Australian work rights
