AEGEAN PANTRY is a Mediterranean Greek Inspired Salad Bar with multiple offerings including gourmet sandwiches, hot Mediterranean food made fresh daily from our kitchen, gelato, gourmet coffee and beverages. We also offer a unique eclectic retail offering. We aim to provide our customers with a true gastronomic journey and dynamic delight for the senses. The menu is executed with passion and love, and we use only the best local and Australian produce.

MUST HAVE AS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

· 5+ year experience in a full-service café or restaurant background

· Renumeration based on experience





· Strong understanding of kitchen operations and front of house service standards

· Relevant qualifications for the advertised position

· Reliable, team-focused, and consistent under pressure

· Available Wednesday through to Sunday with early morning starts.

· Mature approach, punctual and well-groomed at all times.
