We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a Teacher Education Support to deliver high-quality education outcomes for our diverse cohort of students. Your school-based education support experience and passion for imparting knowledge on the next generation of Education Support professionals will be essential to ensure student success. The successful candidate will require a high standard of interpersonal skills and professionalism, and robust knowledge of current education settings in Victorian schools. This role offers flexibility to work from either Shepparton or Seymour campus on Mondays and Thursdays. Attendance at the Seymour Campus is required on Tuesdays.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122.
- A relevant industry qualification such as;
- Cert IV in School Based Education Support and/or Bachelor of Education
- Diploma of Education Studies or Diploma of Teacher Education
- Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary) Minimum of two years’ experience working in a primary, secondary or tertiary education environment.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sound knowledge of current industry standards
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
- A current Driver’s Licence (Car).
The salary for this role is L1.1-L3.5 as per the Victorian Tafe Teaching Staff Agreement 2024.
