With a growing pipeline of work and continued investment in our manufacturing capability, XFrame Fabrication is expanding its production team.
We are looking to build our pool of casual Production Workers and CNC Operators to support increasing demand across projects throughout Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business at the forefront of sustainable construction. You will work with innovative manufacturing technology to produce components for XFrame's patented Circular Building System, helping deliver projects across commercial, education and retail sectors throughout Australia.
For the right candidates, this role offers the opportunity to transition into permanent ongoing employment as the business continues to grow.
About the Role
Working as part of the XFrame Fabrication team, you will assist with the manufacture, assembly and finishing of prefabricated building components ready for dispatch and installation.
Depending on your skills and experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Operating CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment
- Manufacturing and assembling XFrame building components
- Pre-assembly and finishing of fabricated products
- Material preparation and handling
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop
- Supporting the team to achieve production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Working safely and contributing to a positive team culture
About You
We are looking for motivated people who take pride in producing quality work and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
You will be a reliable team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction or production environment
- Operating CNC machinery or other manufacturing equipment
- Working with timber products or within the timber manufacturing industry
- Holding a current Forklift Licence
In addition, you will ideally demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different manufacturing tasks
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Casual employment with variable hours between 6:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
