Mulford is a local manufacturer of quality fibreglass roofing sheets, proudly servicing roofing customers throughout Western Australia from our Maddington facility.
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for completing daily deliveries using a 9-metre trailer and ute while providing excellent service to our customers.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries across local routes
- Safely unloading stock and positioning products at customer locations
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of company vehicles
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Supporting day-to-day operations within a busy manufacturing environment
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
The standard start time is 7:00am,
with some flexibility required to meet customer delivery schedules.
About the Environment
As this role is based within a manufacturing facility, exposure to resin fumes and fibreglass dust may occur. All required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
Skills & Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A current full Australian Driver’s Licence (MR or HR licence highly regarded)
- A current Forklift Licence
- Strong reliability and a positive work ethic
- The ability to work independently and manage daily delivery schedules
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted full time working rights)
