Chiropractic Assistant (CA)

Part-Time or Casual | 20–25 hours per week

At Duncraig Chiro, we're more than just a chiropractic clinic—we're a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys coming to work each day. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to become an integral part of our growing practice.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Booking, rescheduling and managing appointments
- Using Cliniko to manage patient records, appointments and payments
- Processing EFTPOS
- Assisting with general reception and administrative tasks
- Helping keep the clinic organised, welcoming and running smoothly
- Supporting our chiropractors and the wider team to deliver outstanding patient care

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a warm,



friendly and outgoing personality
- Loves building genuine relationships with people
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Can confidently juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Communicates professionally both in person and over the phone
- Is reliable, proactive and takes initiative
- Enjoys working as part of a team as well as individually when required
- Is confident using computers and learning new software
- Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience with Cliniko is a bonus, but not essential—we'll provide full training.
