We're expanding, and we're looking for a Customer Sales Assistant who turns every call, email and follow-up into the kind of experience that makes customers choose WPA again.

No industry experience? No problem — we'll provide full training on our products, systems, and the industry.

What you'll be doing

- First point of contact for customer enquiries across inbound calls, outbound calls, and email

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery

- Quoting, processing orders and following up to keep customers informed every step of the way

- Proactively following up customers — before and after the sale

- Working closely with a small, supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time
