We are searching for a commercially savvy, creatively minded and people-focused Revenue Manager to join the pre-opening team of Treehouse Hotel Adelaide — a vibrant new lifestyle hotel that celebrates discovery, community, individuality and fun.

As Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing Treehouse Adelaide to life, leading the hotel’s revenue strategy from pre-opening through launch and beyond. About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies that maximise hotel profitability, market share and overall commercial performance.
You will oversee all aspects of pricing, forecasting, inventory management, distribution and business analysis while helping establish Treehouse Adelaide as a market-leading lifestyle destination.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who combines analytical capability with strategic thinking,



collaboration and an innovative approach to revenue optimisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the hotel’s pre-opening and ongoing revenue strategyLead all forecasting, budgeting and demand analysis activitiesManage pricing, inventory and channel distribution to optimise performance across all segmentsMonitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify revenue opportunitiesDrive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and market share performanceCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on promotions, packages and commercial initiativesConduct weekly revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations to the Executive teamSupport the implementation and optimisation of revenue management systems and distribution platformsAnalyse performance data and produce insightful reporting to support commercial decision-makingEnsure rate integrity and compliance across all booking channelsContribute to the hotel’s positioning and commercial launch strategy during the pre-opening phase

You will ideally bring:Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Director of Revenue within a hotel environmentPre-opening experience highly regardedStrong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, forecasting and distribution strategiesExperience working with RMS, PMS and channel management systemsAdvanced analytical and financial acumenStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across multiple departmentsEntrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approachPassion for lifestyle hospitality brands and creating commercially successful guest experiences
