We're on the lookout for an Offshore Service Co-Ordinator to lead our dynamic Field Service team.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Projects team to plan and deliver offshore campaigns, working with products and services to streamline drilling, completion and well intervention activities.

Based at our Offshore Services Facility in Henderson, you'll be the main point of contact for planning and mobilising offshore equipment and field service personnel across our local and international projects, be provided with opportunities for career advancement and upskilling, and get a day off for your birthday! This role is largely onshore-based - perfect for someone who has done their time offshore and is looking for something closer to home.

Whilst this role reports to the General Manager, this is a role with real autonomy, making it the perfect role for someone who is looking to take ownership and make the role their own. You'll lead the field service team, manage equipment readiness end to end, and act as a technical authority our clients and project leads rely on.

This role will involve:

- Planning,



co-ordinating and mobilising equipment and field service personnel for offshore campaigns;

- Leading and mentoring AME's field service team and shaping the culture at the OSF;

- Ensuring compliance with all of AME's policies and procedures.

- Inspecting, preparing and maintaining equipment to meet code and client requirements;

- Responding to urgent callouts and mobilising equipment and personnel at short notice;

- Maintaining QHSE compliance across equipment, documentation and operations;

- Asset management and certification.

The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- 5+ years experience in a similar role, co-ordinating an offshore team and resources through operations;

- Experience in, and understanding of, the Oil & Gas industry particularly in subsea engineering/ drilling and completions/ working offshore;

- Experience in offshore asset material management and certification;

- Excellent mechanical problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box;

- Strong leadership and team management ability;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team;

- Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety;

- International or multi-region project experience, a mechanical trade or engineering qualification, and commercial awareness are all highly regarded but not essential.
