We are hiring a Sales Representative required for WA, SA and NT, specialising in Rock Bags for Erosion Scour Control + Mobile Flood Barriers.
Bluemont is expanding its footprint across Australia’s most dynamic regions, and we’re looking for adriven, technically minded Sales Representative to lead growth across WA, SA and NT. If you thriveon building relationships, enjoy being out in the field, and want to work with innovative civil andflood protection solutions, this role will suit you perfectly.
About BluemontBluemont is an Australian-owned and run business that supplies practical, proven infrastructureresilience products, including: - Rock Bags for erosion and scour control - Mobile Flood Barriers for rapid deployment flood protection - Solar Desalination for long-term sustainable supply of clean drinking water - Hytrans High Volume Pumps and Fire Fighting Systems.
Your MissionYou’ll be the face of Bluemont across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory,responsible for driving sales and supporting projects from concept through delivery.
Key responsibilities: - Grow sales of Rock Bags and Mobile Flood Barriers across your territories - Build strong relationships with councils, water authorities, civil contractors,



mining companies and engineering firms - Identify new project opportunities and manage the full sales cycle - Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions - Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and territory planning - Represent Bluemont at industry events, conferences and field demonstrations
What You Bring - Experience in civil, construction, mining, water infrastructure, or environmental products - Strong technical communication skills and confidence engaging with engineers and project managers
- A proactive, self-driven approach to territory management - Solid independent accountability/self-management - Ability to travel regularly across WA, SA and NT - Valid driver’s licence
