Endpoint Engineer | Microsoft Intune & Autopilot | 3 Month Contract | Perth | 5 Days Onsite

A global technology-enabled professional services organisation supporting complex enterprise environments is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join their Corporate IT function.Operating within a highly secure, Microsoft-focused environment, the organisation is undergoing ongoing endpoint management and device lifecycle initiatives, with a strong focus on contemporary workplace technologies, security, and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on Endpoint Engineering role where you will take ownership of Windows device deployment, Microsoft Intune administration, Autopilot provisioning, application deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting. You will play a key role in ensuring users receive secure, fully configured devices while supporting the wider corporate technology environment.
This is a 3-month rolling contract based in Perth, requiring full-time onsite attendance (Monday–Friday, 5 days per week).
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows AutopilotConfigure and manage Autopilot deployments, including hardware registration, deployment profiles, Entra ID join, configuration policies, and compliance validationManage endpoint configuration across Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, security policies, application assignments, and device complianceTroubleshoot and resolve endpoint deployment failures through log analysis, policy validation, application troubleshooting, and root cause analysisPackage, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications through Intune and other endpoint management platformsSupport Windows 10/11 enterprise environments, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace technologies.Manage and troubleshoot endpoint issues across hardware, software, identity, and application environmentsSupport device onboarding activities,



ensuring new starters receive fully configured and compliant devicesProvide onsite technical support for users, including complex hardware, software, and access-related issues.Support meeting room and collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing systems, displays, cameras, and AV equipmentAssist with onsite infrastructure activities including hardware replacement, connectivity troubleshooting, and coordination with networking teamsMaintain technical documentation, deployment processes, and knowledge articlesCollaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to deliver a secure and reliable endpoint environment.
Experience Needed4+ years’ experience working within Endpoint Engineering, EUC, Workplace Technology, or Desktop Engineering roles.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows AutopilotProven experience building, provisioning, and deploying Windows devices in an enterprise environmentStrong understanding of: Entra ID (Azure AD), Device enrolment, Configuration profiles, Compliance policies, Application deployment, Endpoint security controlsExperience troubleshooting Intune and application deployment issues, including: Deployment failures, Assignment issues, Logs, Configuration conflicts, Root cause analysisExperience with Microsoft 365 and Windows enterprise environmentsExperience with Active Directory and ServiceNow/Jira-based ticketing environmentsStrong understanding of networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, IP networking, and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.Experience supporting AV environments, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or collaboration technologies is highly desirableStrong communication skills with the ability to work independently and support senior stakeholdersComfortable operating as the primary onsite technical resource while collaborating with global IT teams.
