About the Roles

We are seeking team members who:

- Have previous experience in professional cleaning, gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.

- Take pride in producing high-quality work with attention to detail.

- Are reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Present professionally and represent the company positively.

- Are willing to grow with the organisation and contribute to building a strong workplace culture.

- Can work flexibly, including accepting work at short notice when required.

- Can work alongside the Sales & Operations Manager to inspect new sites, provide practical advice, and help scope new projects.

Gardening & Landscaping Responsibilities

Successful gardening applicants should have experience in:

- Lawn mowing, edging, and general lawn maintenance.

- Hedging (formal and informal).

- Rose pruning.

- Fruit tree pruning.

- Weed control and garden maintenance.

- Planting, mulching, and garden clean-ups.

- General landscaping and property presentation.

Cleaning Responsibilities





- Successful cleaning applicants will be responsible for:

- Residential and commercial cleaning.

- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices.

- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising, and window cleaning where required.

- Using company equipment and cleaning products safely and efficiently.

- Maintaining consistently high cleaning standards at every site.

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, landscaping, or horticulture.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual licence desirable for gardening roles).

- Reliable transport to travel to and from work.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

- Full Australian working rights.
