The Role

We’re seeking experienced, confident hospitality professionals to join our casual team across Lark’s Hobart, Pontville and wider venue network.

This role suits individuals who thrive in premium, guest-facing environments, and who take pride in delivering memorable, polished service every shift.

You’ll be a key ambassador for the Lark brand — guiding tastings, hosting tours, and confidently engaging guests with our whiskies and spirits.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver warm, professional service aligned to a luxury brand standard

· Lead whisky and gin tastings with confidence and personality

· Host immersive tours and experiences





· Provide informed product recommendations and drive guest engagement

· Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard

· Maintain immaculate presentation of bar and public spaces

· Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS and venue procedures

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium hospitality, cocktail bars, fine dining, luxury retail, or brand-led venues

· Proven confidence engaging guests in storytelling or guided experiences

· Strong communication skills and natural attention to detail

· Professional presentation and a calm, capable service style

· RSA certification

· Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

· Availability to work weekends and peak visitor periods
